When do you make the donations to CE and AA?

At the end of every month we calculate 5% of our total sales for that month. We then make the donations online and advise our followers by posting on our Facebook page.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping costs start at $10.95 for Standard Shipping, via Australia Post. Express postage and recyclable boxes are other shipping options provided. These shipping methods are currently $15.90 each.

Does the 5% of sales donated attribute to increased costs of items sold?

No. Ethical Protein already runs at low margins and does not take into account the 5% per item that will be donated when calculating the cost of a product.

Where are you based? Do you post Australia wide?

We are based in Melbourne and post Australia wide. We will post items on the day ordered where possible.
